DESIGNING EMBROIDERED PATCHES

	50% Embroidery Embroidery percentages vary depending on your initial patch design. On the 50% embroidered patch, we use a twill backing color of your choice and then embroider your design/text onto the twill to create the patch. The 50% embroidered patch usually contains a lot of dead space with a text-only type of design, showcasing your brand. We then sew a merrowed edge around the twill to create a fantastic looking product thats sure to fit your needs.
	75% Embroidery Our 75% embroidered patch follows the same concept as the 50% patch, but with more embroidery. We use a twill backing of your choice and embroider your custom design,logo, or text onto the twill. This patch contains less dead space as you can fill the patch with a much larger amount of embroidery. It still using a twill backing to help lower the cost. This patch can contain up to 7 colors FREE, containing logos or text as well as a merrowed border.
	100% Embroidery The 100% embroidered patch is our highest quality patch we offer. Customers choose thread colors for the entire patch which contains no visible twill. These patches offer the highest amount of detail and customization available and are great for intricate design and logos. The 100% patches can a merrowed border if you want, complete customization is available.


Standard Backing This backing is standard on all patches. The twill surface shows with thread embroidery just as a standard patch would.	Plastic Backing Plastic backing is very popular in the service industry because it adds sturdiness as well as overal quality to the design. The entire back of the patch is sealed in plastic.	Iron On Backing Iron on backing is great for an extra tough patch and easy application. Patches can be ironed on in minutes. Make sure you follow our iron on procedures!	Tape Backing Tape backing offers the easiest attachment method possible, peel and stick. Perfect for temporary applications and in situations where patches are removable.

Velcro Backing Popular amongst miltary outfits, Velcro backing offers the benefit of having patches that can be removed and reapplied. All Velcro patch orders come with both pieces of Velcro individually made for your particular design.	Hot Cut Border The hot cut border is a perfect patch type for custom shapes if you don’t want to sacrifice detail. Patches are produced in a standard method and then laser heat cut to a clean sharp looking edge. Hot cut borders are one way to create a truly individual patch.	Merrowed Border The merrowed border is standard on most of our patches. A border of thread is hand-stitched onto every patch to create that traditional patch appearance. This adds for sturdiness as well as separation from the twill to the garment.	Metallic Thread Metallic thread is just another way for you to create a custom patch that demands attention. Choose from a variety of metallic threads to really make those patches shimmer in the light!
